It always takes me at least a week to recover from the chaos that is a con and it’s no surprise that this year was no exception. I had a bunch of new things to sell, my collectives very first anthology and on Sunday night instead of heading out to any of the after-parties I went with a small group of friends over to Alcatraz island to spend the night sleeping in the D-Block! In short, APE this year was especially fantastic.

By far the most exciting part of the convention was the release of my collective’s first anthology “Forest”.  We were all really nervous about how well it would go over – we’d all worked so hard on it after all. Forest did really well of course and we’re all really excited about getting together our next anthology.  We were smart and ordered way more copies than we’d need though – if you weren’t able to make it out to APE you can buy “Forest” from our online store.
