New Li’l Mell

The end.

Thus ends “Homeschool Joe Goes to School.” I’m going to Japan for a couple of weeks, and then I’ll try to figure out what to do next with Li’l Mell. I’ve got a lot of stories in mind but no particular plans for how to tell them. We’ll see.

I Write About Yaoi

After a long absence, GraphicNovelReview.com is back, and kicking off the relaunch is a scary huge essay I wrote on yaoi manga. There’s more yaoi stuff to come, and I’ll be writing regular graphic novel reviews for the site for as long as they keep paying me.

Also, I keep forgetting to mention that my biweekly column for Comixology.com, “All the Comics in the World,” is still going strong. My latest column is about the silent issue of G.I. Joe.

Fleen’s reading The Chronicles of William Bazillion–now it’s your turn!

Gary Tyrrell of webcomics news site Fleen has read the entire archive of The Chronicles of William Bazillion, and apparently he liked it enough to write about it at length on his site. He does a pretty good job of summarizing the plot, too, so if you’ve been on the fence about checking it out, you can tell at a glance if you’re likely to enjoy it or if it’s something you really need to avoid at all costs.
